Marketing Tech Stack
Data, automation and reporting that tie marketing together.
SEO doesn't live in a vacuum. These marketing tools help me measure, automate and report, connecting the effort to real business value. Some links are affiliate links. Most SEO projects fail because they never get properly connected to the wider marketing engine. Traffic without conversion, conversion without data, data without action — and suddenly SEO has become an isolated island with no impact on the bottom line. The marketing stack solves exactly that: Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager tie the user's journey together from first search to paying customer, while platforms like HubSpot or ActiveCampaign automate what would otherwise drown in manual work. The key principle here is attribution — being able to show where your organic traffic actually landed in the P&L. With proper GA4 events, GTM triggers and server-side tracking (via Google Tag Manager Server), you can verify what SEO actually contributed when the customer bought three weeks later through a brand Google search. Without it, SEO always ends up as the last-attributed channel — and therefore the first one to be cut.
How I choose tools
A tool has to solve a real problem faster or better than I can without it. I weigh reliability, data quality and how well it plays with the rest of my stack — not the number of features.
How I use them
I use the tools below in practice on client and own projects. I test everything myself before recommending it — and switch without hesitation if something better comes along.
* Some links are affiliate links. I may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. I only recommend tools I use and stand behind myself.
